Ariana Grande admits she had a ‘ton’ of Botox

The star, whose hoping to make her mark in Hollywood with her first feature film, confessed to Vogue. In a YouTube video where she went through her makeup and skincare routine, she divulged the secrets.
She revealed she paid for the cosmetic procedures up until 2018, when it became “too much”.
The 30-year-old choked back tears as she said: “I stopped in 2018 because I felt too much. I just felt like hiding, you know?
“Didn’t expect to get emotional. For a long time, beauty was about hiding for me, and now I feel like maybe it’s not. Ever since I stopped getting fillers and Botox, I know for me, it was just like, ‘Oh, I just want to see my well-earned cry lines and smile lines.'”
The Thank U, Next hitmaker went on to say she looks forward to her smile and laugh lines getting deeper, as “aging can be such a beautiful thing”.
Using makeup as a disguise
The singer added she used makeup as a “disguise” as a teenager as she tried to find her feet.
Ariana explained comments people said about her appearance when she was young in the industry were hard to push aside. “It’s really hard to know what’s worth hearing or not. When you’re 17, you don’t really know that yet,” she added.
She went on to clarify: “I think as I get older, I don’t love that being the intention behind it anymore. I think of it as self-expression and accentuating what is here. Our relationships to beauty is so personal, we’re here talking about beauty secrets. Isn’t the secret that we all just want to feel our best and be loved.”

After being first introduced to the TV world with Victorious, she went on to star in the spin-off Sam & Cat. But she found worldwide recognition for her remarkable singing talent.
7 Rings, dangerous Woman and Bang Bang where she collaborated with Nicki Minaj and Jessie J were some of the biggest hits, not forgetting God Is A Woman or Break Free.
Her latest venture will be in the movie Wicked, set to release next winter. It’s set to rip the world of Oz as we know it from the classic tale of the wicked witch from the east. Instead, it’ll dive into the untold story of the ‘wicked’ witch being a heroine fighting against the wizard for freedom.
Other names include Jurassic Park’s Jeff Goldblum, as well as Ethan Slater who is rumored to be Ariana’s new love interest. Sparks reportedly flew on set after she privately got divorced from her husband.
